Mandolin Orange makes music that WNYC describes as being “laced with bluegrass, country and folk…often wistful and contemplative without being somber, and always firmly grounded in the South.” The duo, comprised of Andrew Marlin and Emily Frantz, have just announced the May 5 release of Such Jubilee, their second studio album for Yep Roc Records.

Home from tour!

This is coming in a little late, but we want to send out a huge thanks to all of you who made Such Jubilee release tour truly amazing. Shows were of epic proportions and you left us feeling warm and fuzzy every night. We are truly grateful to everyone who came out to a show and we're itching to do it all again soon. Find the truest documentation of our journeys below, and follow us on instagram for much more to come (@mandorando).

Over the past week we caught our breath at the beach, celebrated living in a country where all couples have the right to be married, and now we're gearing up for a set at one of our favorite, long standing local festivals: Festival for the Eno. Hope to see our local friends there before we head out to small towns across the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast for the rest of the summer.

Onward and upward!
